Ingredients

Cream Filling

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 8 g whipped cream stabilizer
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 250 ml heavy cream

Assembly & Garnish

  • Tea biscuits plain tea cookies
  • 100 g fresh strawberries diced
  • Shredded coconut for coating
  • Extra strawberries or coconut balls for decoration

Instructions

Step 1 Make the Cream

  • Heat 25 ml cream, pour over chopped white chocolate, stir until smooth, and let cool.
    Mix mascarpone, stabilizer, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar, then blend in the cooled ganache.
    Gradually whip in remaining cream until fluffy.

Step 2 Add Strawberries & Assemble

  • Dice strawberries and fold some into the cream.
