- Paprika
- Olive oil and butter
- 1 onion finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Crushed red pepper flakes optional

- 2.5 cups beef or chicken broth
- Carrots cut into strips

Step 2: Add the Vegetables
Once the steak is seared, add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté them with the steak until fragrant. Then, stir in the sliced carrots, red bell peppers, and yellow bell peppers, and continue to cook until the vegetables begin to soften.
Step 3 : Assemble the Dish
Step 4 : Cook the Pasta
stir in the uncooked pasta, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the beef broth into the skillet, enough to cover the pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer. Stir occasionally until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has reduced and thickened.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed and check broth labels.
- Add spinach or bell peppers for more veggies.
- Cream cheese or heavy cream can be stirred in at the end for a creamy twist.
