- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 8 oz dry pasta penne or rotini
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Melt butter in a large pot and sauté garlic for 30 seconds
