Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb. red or Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup salted butter sliced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Pinch of ground thyme
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Pinch of mustard seed`

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all herbs and spices in a bowl.
  • Place chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Distribute butter slices evenly over the top.
    Arrange chicken, green beans, and potatoes in pan
  • Sprinkle herb blend over entire dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For a shortcut, use 1 packet of Italian dressing mix instead of individual herbs.
  • Swap green beans for carrots or asparagus as needed.
  • To reheat, warm in a 250°F oven for 10–15 minutes or microwave until hot.
