Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed biscuits graham crackers or shortbread
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup mango puree fresh or canned
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh diced mango for garnish
  • ¼ cup mango sauce optional

Instructions

Step 1 Preparation

  • Crush biscuits into fine crumbs. and Mix with melted butter until sandy.

  • Spoon mixture into cups. and Press gently to form crust.
