- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted & cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/3 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch sea salt
- Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Step 1 — Mix the base
Stir together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.Add almond flour, sifted cocoa, sea salt, and chocolate chips until well combined.
Step 2 — Press into pan
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Press the mixture evenly into the pan, about 1/4–1/2 inch thick.
Step 3 — Add chocolate topping
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.Spread evenly over the brownie base and sprinkle with flaky salt.
