Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates pitted
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate 70%+ cacao
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1 — Prep and Stuff

  • Slice open each date, remove the pit, and fill with peanut butter. Close gently.

Step 2 — Melt and Dip

  • Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in short bursts. Dip each date to coat fully, then place on parchment.
