Instructions
Step 1 — Prep and Stuff
Slice open each date, remove the pit, and fill with peanut butter. Close gently.
Step 2 — Melt and Dip
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in short bursts. Dip each date to coat fully, then place on parchment.
Step 3 — Chill and Set
Sprinkle sea salt and refrigerate 15 minutes until firm. Enjoy chilled.
