- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 12 Medjool dates pitted
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 –2 tbsp water as needed
Step 1:
Add walnuts, almonds, dates, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Use soft Medjool dates for best texture
- If dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes
