Ingredients

  • 1 mini round brie 4.4 ounces / 125 grams
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries 30 grams
  • 4 dried apricots
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios 25 grams
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro loosely packed (5 grams)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

Step 1 — Prepare the Topping

  • Finely chop the dried cranberries, dried apricots, pistachios, and fresh cilantro
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl and set aside

Step 2 — Cut the Brie

  • Slice the brie in half horizontally
  • Cut each half into quarters, then cut each quarter in half to create 16 wedges

Step 3 — Assemble the Trees

  • Insert a toothpick into each brie wedge
  • Hold the wedge by the toothpick and gently press it into the chopped mixture until coated
  • Repeat with all pieces

Step 4 — Chill and Finish

  • Place the brie trees on a platter or in an airtight container
  • Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour
  • Before serving, season with black pepper and drizzle lightly with honey
