Ingredients

  • 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 jar 12 ounces apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

Step 1 — Brown the Kielbasa

  • Heat a large cast-iron or heavy skillet over medium heat
  • Cook kielbasa slices, stirring often, until lightly browned
  • Remove sausage and discard drippings

Step 2 — Make the Apricot Glaze

  • Add apricot preserves, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and ginger to the skillet
  • Stir and cook until smooth and slightly thickened

Step 3 — Glaze and Serve

  • Return kielbasa slices to the skillet

Notes
