- 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 jar 12 ounces apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Step 1 — Brown the Kielbasa
