Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup peanut butter 100% nuts
  • ¾ cup 70% dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1 Make the Base

  • Blend dates until sticky
  • Add peanut butter and blend until smooth

Step 2 Press and Chill

  • Press mixture into lined pan
  • Chill for 20 minutes

Step 3 Add Chocolate

  • Melt dark chocolate
  • Spread over chilled base and add toppings

Stir natural peanut butter well before using
